Player Commands

Main Command

The main menu displays all effect categories. Click on a category to browse available effects.

The plugin uses a two-level menu system:

  1. Category Menu - Browse through the 6 effect categories
  2. Effect Browser - Select individual effects within a category

All menus feature:

  • Pagination for large lists
  • Visual indicators for locked/unlocked effects
  • Category descriptions and effect counts
  • Back buttons for easy navigation
  • Preview of currently selected effect

You can only select effects that you have permission to use. Effects without permission will appear as locked in the menu.

The reload command refreshes all configuration files without requiring a server restart.

How It Works

Selecting an Effect

  1. Run /hiteffect to open the category menu
  2. Click on a category to view available effects
  3. Click on an unlocked effect to activate it
  4. Your selection is saved automatically
  5. The effect will trigger on your next hit

Removing an Effect

To remove your current effect:

  1. Open the hit effects menu
  2. Click on your currently selected effect again to deselect it
  3. Your effect will be removed

If you lose permission for an effect you're currently using, it will be automatically removed.
