The dashboard
A tour of analytics.exylia.net: workspaces, the page list and the data behind each page, the filter bar, charts, the Overview, the live feed, search and annotations.
The dashboard lives at analytics.exylia.net. Every number on it is computed from the events your servers send; nothing is typed in by hand except campaigns, costs and annotations.
Workspaces
A workspace is one network. It owns its servers, members, campaigns, integrations and settings, and every chart reads only its own data. One Discord account can belong to several; the switcher at the top moves between them and creates new ones. Who can see and change what inside a workspace is decided by roles: see Team and settings.
The pages
The sidebar has three sections. A member only sees the pages their role allows, and a section with nothing left in it disappears.

| Acquisition | Where do new players come from, and what is each campaign worth? | Hostnames, countries, languages, client versions, votes. |
| Revenue | What does the store earn, from whom, and how fast? | Tebex. |
| Creator codes | What each creator code brought in. | Tebex. |

The filter bar
Every analytics page shares one row of filters. They live in the URL, so a link shows exactly what you were looking at, and moving between pages keeps them. The last choice per workspace is remembered and restored when a page is opened without filters.
| Filter | Values |
|---|---|
| Range | Last 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 2 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, all time, or custom whole days. |
| Granularity | Follows the range: every minute up to 12 h, every 5 minutes up to 2 days, every 15 minutes up to 7 days, daily up to 90 days, weekly up to a year, monthly beyond. It can be overridden. Buckets below an hour only exist for what is read from raw data (players online, performance, custom events) and only inside the last 90 days. |
| Compare to previous | On by default: every number is set against the previous period of the same length. |
| Server | All servers, or one. |
Picking a server
The server filter reads differently depending on what you pick:
| Picked | Reads |
|---|---|
| A proxy or a standalone server | The players who connected through it: its network sessions. |
| A backend | The players who were on it: an active player joined it that day, playtime is time spent on it, a session is one stay, and a player is new there the first hour they appear. Hostname, country, campaign, client and rank stay what the network saw when they connected. |
Money, purchases, punishments, ranks and votes belong to no single server and ignore the filter. Economy and placeholders only come from game servers, so picking a proxy there reads the whole network.
Time
Days, weeks and hours are cut in the workspace timezone (Settings; UTC by default). Weeks start on
Monday.
Charts
Every chart has a Definition (how the number is computed), a table view and a CSV download. Time charts also:
- draw the previous period as a neutral shape behind the data, with now, previous and the change in the tooltip;
- shade the bucket still in progress;
- zoom to the buckets you drag across;
- mark restarts, crashes, agent updates, campaign launches and your own annotations.
The Overview
The Overview is the workspace's front page, top to bottom:
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| KPIs | Active players, new players, D7 retention, playtime per player, peak online, net revenue and revenue per payer (with the revenue permission), and tick time (MSPT p95). Each tile shows the change against the previous period; clicking one opens its detail. |
| Players online | Average and peak online at the finest buckets the range allows. |
| Live activity | See below. |
| Where players come from and go | Growth accounting: new, returning, resurrected and retained players above the line, churned below. |
| What changed | The largest moves against the previous period, largest first, each marked good, needing attention or neutral. Anything that moved less than 5% is left out. |
| Is the server growing? | Momentum: weekly active players over the last 8 full weeks with a fitted line, labelled Growing (above +2% a week), Stable or Declining (below −2%). |
| Active players | Daily, weekly and monthly active players and stickiness (DAU ÷ MAU). |
| Revenue | Net revenue per period. |
| When players are online | Average players online per weekday and hour. |
| Player base today | Every player ever seen, by lifecycle segment. |
Live activity
A strip at the top of the Overview shows players online now against an hour ago, and the network's current TPS and MSPT. Beside the online chart, a feed lists the last 24 hours, newest first: joins and leaves, purchases (only to members who can see revenue), punishments, and lag spells — five-minute windows under 18 TPS. It refreshes every 20 seconds.
Search
Ctrl + K (⌘ + K on a Mac), or / anywhere outside a text field, opens the command palette. It
finds pages by name and by keyword, and players by name or UUID once you type two letters — the second
only for members who may open Players. A found player shows whether they are banned or muted.
Annotations
Annotations are markers on every time chart, so a jump or a dip has its reason next to it.
- Automatic: every server start is a restart, a start whose previous run never sent a stop is a crash, and a start with a new agent version is an agent update. Creating a campaign marks it too.
- Manual: on the Annotations page, members with Add and delete annotations add a label at a moment in the workspace timezone, up to 80 characters. Give it an end as well and it is a period — an event weekend — shaded across the charts.
Languages and theme
The dashboard speaks English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Russian and Norwegian Bokmål. It follows the browser's language until you pick one, and the choice is shared with the other Exylia sites. It has a light and a dark theme, or follows the system.
If the data store does not answer, pages say "Analytics are unavailable right now". Nothing is lost: agents keep their events on disk and deliver them once it is back.
