The dashboard

Team and settings

Members, invites, custom roles and every permission, and the workspace settings: timezone, currency, player address storage and the agent.

Members

Everyone who can open the workspace, with their role and when they joined. From here:

ActionWho
Invite someoneMembers with Invite, remove and change the role of members (manage_members).
Change a member's roleThe same, except the owner's.
Remove a memberThe same, except the owner.
LeaveAnyone but the owner. Coming back needs a new invite.
Make ownerThe owner only. The old owner becomes an Admin and cannot undo it.

Invites

An invite is a link with a role, for one person. It expires after 7 days (a dashboard can set another length), can be revoked while open, and is shown once when created: copy it then. The person opening it signs in with Discord and joins with that role.

Roles

Roles are per workspace and fully custom: a name, a colour and a list of permissions. Every page and every action names the permission it needs, and the dashboard checks it on the server; hiding a link is only cosmetic.

Four roles are created with every workspace:

RolePermissions
OwnerEverything, always. Never assignable and never editable; it changes hands only through Make owner.
AdminEvery permission.
AnalystEvery page except player IPs, plus managing campaigns, funnels and annotations.
ViewerEvery page except revenue, the AI analyst and player IPs. The default role: the one invites start with.

A role is edited with Create, edit and delete roles (manage_roles), and nobody can grant a permission they do not hold themselves. A role still held by members cannot be deleted; move them first. Deleting a role revokes its open invites.

Settings

Workspace

SettingEffect
Name2 to 48 characters.
TimezoneWhere every day, week and hour of the charts starts. Usually where most of your players live.
CurrencyYour Tebex store's currency; revenue is shown in it.

Player addresses

How the IP of each new session is stored. Sessions already stored are not rewritten.

OptionStored
Hash only (default)A keyed hash per address, with a secret of this workspace. Enough to find accounts that share an IP; the address itself can never be read back.
Encrypted addressThe hash plus the address, encrypted. Members with view_ips can read it on a player's page.

If the dashboard has no encryption key configured, it says so under the option, and encrypted addresses cannot be stored or shown until one is set.

Agent

The settings every server of the workspace collects with, applied without a restart: the send, heartbeat, metrics and AFK intervals, and the nine modules. Each is described on Remote configuration.
