Work orders
Players paying players to deliver items: escrow, tax, delivery, limits and orders the server posts.
/jobs orders opens the board; each job hub has a Work orders button for that job. Settings are in orders.yml.
Posting
Post an order asks, in this order: the item (inserted or picked), the job whose workers may deliver (or anyone), then a form with units, unit price, an optional minimum level in that job and a duration, then a confirmation. Needs exyliajobs.orders.post.
- The whole price is taken when the order goes up, into a persistent escrow hold, plus the posting tax (
tax, 1% by default) charged on top and never refunded. - Limits:
limitopen orders per player (5;exyliajobs.orders.limit.<n>raises it,.unlimitedremoves it),max-quantity2304,min-unit-price0.01,duration3 days by default andmax-duration7 days. - An order can ask for a plain item or a custom item id, never a tag.
Delivering
Left-click an order to deliver everything you carry that it takes, right-click to choose how many. You cannot deliver to your own order, and an order tied to a job needs that job held and the minimum level. Items leave your inventory first; the unit price is then paid from the hold for each unit, and the items reach the buyer (queued if their inventory is full). Both are told. delivery-xp (0) gives job experience per unit in the order's job. WorkOrderFilledEvent fires.
Closing
Cancelling, expiry or staff removal refunds what was not delivered; staff remove from the admin board. Finished orders stay in My orders for keep-finished (3 days). Every change is written under a cross-server row lock before money moves, so a delivery, cancel and expiry each move a unit's money once, on any server. A write whose outcome cannot be told pays nobody and is logged for staff.
Server orders
server-orders (needs the economy feature and a budget): every interval (30 minutes) the server looks for items to order, up to max-open (5) open at once, each lasting duration (1 day). Candidates are harvest, fish, smelt and craft targets with an explicit money that the market reports as hot (ignored by players, at hot-from or more); each asks for one stack at the rule's money times the market rate, reserved against the hour's budget (none with the budget off). Deliveries count as created money and as budget and market volume.
